CARTOONS/VECTORS COMPETITION

Another competition? But, tahaha. This topic's easy.

You just have to pic a cute cartoon, a photo, edit it, blablabla and get judged! Isn't that easy?

Now, I need 6 helpers.2 more judges3 people to make the winning banners. (1st, runner up, second runner up)1 person to make the competition bannerRULES and INFORMATION:You must put an image inside the skin.

Brushes are allowed.

The words "CARTOONY!" or "VECTORS!" must be somewhere in the skin, visible from sight.
You MUST insert the banner into the description.
You are not allowed to post your submissions into this thread.

Judges are not allowed to take part in this competition.EVERYTHING has to be credited.
